Mission

1 – The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation and Communities (MFACC) is the central State body responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing, and carrying out the foreign policy of São Tomé and Príncipe, as well as coordinating the external activities of other ministries and government departments.

2 – All central government bodies must work in coordination with the MFACC in their relations with external partners, in order to safeguard the unity and coherence of foreign policy.
