Directorate for International Cooperation

The Directorate of International Cooperation (DCI) is the central service of the MFACC responsible for developing and coordinating all economic, financial, business, cultural, scientific, and technical cooperation for the development of São Tomé and Príncipe at the bilateral, regional, and multilateral levels. It is responsible for implementing the policy of mobilizing available funds for public aid, coordinating assistance—including monitoring aid provided as loans, grants, or technical support—and ensuring communication channels with partners and the cooperation sectors of other ministries.
