National Directorate of State Protocol

The National Directorate of State Protocol (DNPE) is a Central Service of the MFACC. It is responsible for defining and ensuring compliance with the rules of protocol, as well as with international norms and practices relating to diplomatic and consular privileges and immunities. It also coordinates protocol services with the organs of sovereignty.
