Directorate for Consular Affairs and Communities

The Directorate of Consular Affairs and Communities (DACC) is the MFACC service responsible for ensuring the effectiveness and continuity of the Ministry’s work in consular activities carried out by its external services and in providing consular protection. It is also responsible for coordinating and implementing policies supporting emigration and the Santomean communities abroad, as well as for the legalization of official documents for use overseas.
